Reservations

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
If you have booked a flexible rate, you can amend or cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to arrival. You may do so directly through the reservation platform/agency with which you have booked. 

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the reservation is charged immediately and thus rendered non-refundable or modifiable. You may cancel your booking, but not without incurring 100% of the penalty.

Arrival

Until when can I check in?

Our standard check-in time is 15:00. An earlier check-in is entirely dependant on availability. Would you like a guaranteed early check-in? Then we advise you to reserve the night before your arrival (one extra night) as well.

Payments

Do I have to give my credit card details for a reservation?
We need a guaranteed payment method (such as credit card or iDeal) to guarantee your reservation. We do not accept cash payments.

In the Hotel

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms.

Until what time can I check out?
Our standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m.. A later check-out can be requested, but this is entirely dependent on availability. An extra charge of 10 euros per hour is added for a check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m., an additional night is charged.

RATES

What are the conditions for flexible rates?

Free cancellation or rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival. Cannot be changed after check-in. For no-shows, only the first night is charged.
