How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can change your reservation by contacting the reception. Cancellations can be done within 48 hours.

Until when can I check in?
Our standard check-in time is 03:00 PM. An earlier check-in is entirely dependant on availability. Would you like a guaranteed early check-in? Then we advise you to reserve the night before your arrival (one extra night) as well.

Do I have to give my credit card details for a reservation?
We need a guaranteed payment method (such as credit card or iDeal) to guarantee your reservation. We do not accept cash payments.

Until what time can I check out?
Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. A later check-out can be requested, but this is entirely dependant on availability. An extra charge of 30 euros per hour is added for a check-out between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM. After 03:00 PM, an additional night is added to the standard price.

What are the conditions for flexible rates?
Free cancellation or rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival. Cannot be changed after check-in. For no-shows, only the first night is charged.
