Why is a €100 deposit required for my stay? Why is a €100 deposit required for my stay?

During check-in, we ask for a deposit of €100. This amount will be blocked on your credit or debit card and is not a payment. We ask for a deposit in order to keep the quality of our hotel high and to easily settle any charges made in the bar. This makes the check-out process much faster! After check-out we check the room as soon as possible, if the room is OK we will release the deposit as soon as possible. Please note that this may vary from bank to bank.

How can I change or cancel a reservation? How can I change or cancel a reservation?

If you have booked a flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival date. You can do this directly or through the booking platform/agency you booked with.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the reservation will be charged immediately and thus made non-refundable or amendable. You can cancel your booking, but not without incurring 100% of the penalty.

At what time can I check in? At what time can I check in?

The standard check-in time is 15:00. An earlier check-in is only possible subject to availability. Do you want to be guaranteed an early check-in? Then we advise you to book the night before your arrival (so 1 night extra).

How do I reach the hotel? How do I reach the hotel?

Both hotels are easy to reach by car, cab and public transport (bus 38 direction Schiedam, stop Henegouwerplein or streetcar 23 direction Marconiplein, stop 1e Middellandstraat).

Can I park at the hotel? Can I park at the hotel?

Are you coming by car? Then you can park in the surrounding streets at a rate of € 3.00 per hour. From Monday to Saturday it is paid parking between 09:00 am - 23:00 pm. Sunday parking costs € 3.00 between 12:00 and 23:00. Please note that on-street parking is allowed for a maximum of 24 hours. 

The nearest parking garage, ParkBee Groothandelsgebouw P2, is located approximately 850 meters away from Henegouwerplein. The hourly rate here is around € 2, - and the daily rate is € 30, -.Please note that you can only enter the parking garage with the ParkBee app.

Are there any age restrictions in the hotel? Are there any age restrictions in the hotel?

Both guests must be 21 years or older to book a hotel room, unless you are coming with your family. Alcoholic beverages are only reserved to guests who are 18 years or older with a valid ID. 

If you wish to reserve a room, a deposit of €100 is required.

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms.

Until what time can I have breakfast? Until what time can I have breakfast?

We serve a luxury breakfast buffet daily. From Monday till Friday we serve our breakfast between 07:00 and 10:00. On Saturday and Sunday breakfast is served between 08:00 and 11:00.

Even if you are not a hotel guest, you can have breakfast with us on weekdays. Please contact us to make a reservation.

The standard check-out time is 11:00 am. A late check-out isn't possible.

Flexible Rates
Free cancellation or rebooking up to 48 hours before arrival. Cannot be changed after check-in. If no showing, only the first night will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rates
Non-changeable, non-refundable, 100% charged. These rates are charged immediately upon reservation.
